About Us

Ramona and Jose started Don Papi Chulo as a food truck in 2020 here in Minnesota. The name "Don Papi Chulo" came from our kids' creative ideas while playing around, as they are a big part of our lives. We previously worked in the restaurant industry in 2005, and our love for cooking has only grown stronger since then. Our dream of owning our own business has always been close to our hearts, and we were determined to make it a reality. That is how Don Papi Chulo came to life.

Our mission is to continue growing and progressing in life while inspiring others to believe that anything is possible with enough determination.
